Terms of Use

innertempo is a personal reflection space. It gives you a quiet, private place to record how you feel, how you are sleeping, and how your days are unfolding — and to notice the patterns across time.

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running well, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, pause, or change features over time.

Access to innertempo requires an invite code. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that happens under it.

You must be 16 years of age or older to use this service to comply with various regulations. If you are under 16, please do not create an account.

You may only hold one account. Sharing your account with others is not permitted.

Everything you write in innertempo belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your entries, notes, or any other content you create.

By saving content to innertempo, you give us the limited permission needed to store it on your behalf and to show it back to you. We do not use your content for any purpose beyond operating the service for you.

Please do not use innertempo to store content that is illegal, harmful to others, or that violates anyone else's rights.

How we collect, store, and use your data is described in our Privacy Policy. That document is part of these terms.

We take the privacy of your personal journal seriously. Your entries are not shared with third parties, are not used to train AI models, and are not sold.

innertempo is a personal reflection tool. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Deliberately disrupt or damage the service.
• Use the service to store or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal material.

innertempo is not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical service. Nothing in the app constitutes health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or emergency service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, innertempo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

You can delete your account at any time from your Settings. On deletion, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Where practical, we will give you notice before doing so.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will let you know by email or through the app. Your continued use of innertempo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
