This is your space. For innertempo to be a "quiet mirror," you must feel certain that your data is for your eyes only.
We do not sell your data, we do not track your behavior across the web, and we do not use your life to train external models.
What we collect
We only collect what is essential to make your space function:
- Your email address: So you can log in securely.
- Your entries: Everything you choose to share within the app.
- Basic technical logs: Minimal data used only to ensure the app stays stable and secure for you.
What we never collect: We don't use advertising identifiers, third-party analytics, or any tools that track your behavior outside of this app.
How your data is used
Your information exists only to serve your experience:
To keep your account secure and the service running smoothly.
To help you notice patterns: Your entries are used to show you the "tempo" of your days.
- Simple Patterns: Basic rhythms are shown automatically.
- Deep Reflections: More detailed summaries are only generated when you explicitly ask for them.
We will never use your entries to train external models or analyze your life for any purpose other than your own reflection.
Your patterns & writing
When innertempo helps you see a pattern, it looks at your what you've recorded (like mood, energy, and self-care) and your notes.
Literal Reference
Your writing is referenced exactly as you wrote it to help you see your own thoughts clearly.
No Profiling
We don't use your notes to build "user profiles" or categorize you. Your words remain yours.
Protecting your space
Your data is encrypted and digitally locked. This means your entries are protected both while they are moving to our servers and while they are stored there. Access is strictly limited to what is necessary to keep the service running.
Cookies
We use "functional" cookies only. These are small files that allow the app to remember who you are so you don't have to log in every time you change pages.
Your rights & exit
The Right to Leave
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Settings.
Permanent Deletion
When you choose to delete your data, it is removed permanently. We do not keep "ghost" copies of your life once you've asked us to let them go.
